All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed (not including weekends or holidays).  If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Orders should arrive to you within 1- 3 business days after your order has been processed.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any refunds or exchanges. Our processing and shipping department carefully packs and thoroughly checks each order to ensure your items are received in the best conditions. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. Please keep this in mind when making your purchases. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We do accept order cancellations ONLY IF the product is not processed and shipped. If you would like to cancel, please contact us at info@pretty24svn.com with your name and order number.

If you receive an incorrect item, please immediately send us a picture of the item to info@pretty24svn.com. Please include your Name, Order Number, and a photo of the item. Incorrect items need to be addressed within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date. 

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please immediately send us multiple pictures of the product/s to info@pretty24svn.com. Please include your Name, Order Number, and photos of the item/s. Damaged products need to be addressed within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date.

Yes, most of our jewelry is plated with real 14-18K  gold or real sterling silver. Please check the product description to know exactly what material your piece is made of.

• Jewelry should be kept dry
• If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in jewelry box or bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece.
• Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products.
• Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
• Keep away from chlorine
• Polish with a soft polish cloth and be sure not to over polish
