RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept any refunds or exchanges. Our processing and shipping depart carefully packs and thoroughly checks each order to ensure your items are received in the best conditions. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. Please keep this in mind when making your purchases. Sorry for any inconvenience.
WE DO ACCEPT:
- Order cancellations or changes ONLY IF the order has not been processed and shipped. If you would like to cancel or alter your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your name and order number.
- Exchanges or returns ONLY IF you receive an incorrect item, please immediately send us a picture of the item at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Name, Order Number, and a Photo of the item. Incorrect items need to be addressed within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date for an exchange or return.
